I’m Alex Andujar. I’ve been exactly where you are and understand your pain. I spent years working in the beer industry. Naturally, I drank lots of beer. It goes with the turf when your job involves visiting bars and restaurants. I abused my body so much that I gained 70 pounds of fat. 

I could barely walk from bar to bar without becoming a winded, gross, sweaty mess. 

I get it.

That was me.

My confidence plummeted.

I was always irritable and lethargic.

My form of exercise? Aside from 16oz curls, it was lifting my arm every now and then to let Netflix know I was still watching it. 

I knew that I needed to change, though. The question was how?

I tried diets ranging from extreme calorie restriction to keto to Weight Watchers. I tried workouts such as HIIT, bodybuilding type splits, and personal training.
