Training with me is a simple and straightforward process. We talk about your goals and come up with an initial game plan.  I write a training progress specific to those goals. You come to the gym, work hard during your sessions, and watch your strength build week after week. Before you know it you're reflecting on how the old you is gone and the new you is flourishing.
